After watching many of the workers march around all day in bare feet and/or flip flops for the past 8 months, Paul decided to offer a solution to the pain: boots! One pair of rubber boots costs $7, which none of the workers can afford in one shot, so Paul offered to buy the boots for them and set up a pay-back system over the next 4 weeks. One of the workers took it upon himself to organize a list of the workers that wanted boots and their shoe sizes, and Paul went to town (literally) and bought 20 pairs of rubber boots!
Rubber boots are in style at TC!
